different tracks. You must participate in 10 of
the 15 races to be eligible for series awards and
contingencies. This years series is being

The 2011
Eight Annual VORTEX NATIONAL VET MOTOCROSS
CHAMPIONSHIP presented by ProSports USA and Motocross of
Marion County is a two-day event, with an all-day
practice on Saturday, February 19, and the race on
Sunday, February 20. This Championship event will be
held at Motocross of Marion County in Citra, Florida,
and is designed specifically for those riders who have
earned the special status as a "VET MX RACER." Most Vet
MXer's have been racing for a good part of their life,
and many are now introducing the sport of motocross to
their offspring. This event will also offer support
classes for the offspring of the Vet Racers, and other
up-and-coming riders. All riders must have a current
AMA membership to both practice and race. If you
don't have an AMA membership, you can purchase one at
the track for $39. Not other memberships are
required.

our title sponsor, and offers a generous contingency
program, along with other distributors and dealers.
A
spaghetti dinner will be available on Saturday Night for
only $6 ($5 if purchased before noon), kids under 10 is
$4.

Lynn Regional Qualifier.

been run in Florida for almost three decades. It is
usually comprised of eight races, and riders must participate in
at least 75% of the races to be eligible for series awards.

The Florida Trail Riders MX series is comprised of ten (10)
rounds. Riders must participate in 50% of the scheduled
races to be eligible for series awards. Eligible riders will receive sponsor
contingencies in accordance with current contingency program
